I just wanted to say To Gay, thank you so much for the amazing course we just completed. Trigger point and deep Tissue Massage.
Gay has a lifetime of knowledge and helps you and talks you through every point of the body. She is so caring and understands and works with you till you understands and never makes you feel uncomfortable in the class. This is my second course I have booked with Gay because I feel safe, comfortable and walk out feel confident that I can do this once I have completed my course. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering doing a course to do it. Not only that the ongoing support with Gay is there if you ever need advice.

Having completed two massage courses with Body Riches I can say that Gay is a brilliant instructor with a great teaching style. Not only is she very knowledgeable but she's also very supportive and gives clear guidance. I'm currently half way through a remedial massage course so I appreciate that there's no fluff in these courses, all of the material is very practical. I can easily recommend Body Riches for anyone looking to learn massage or upskill.

I recently attended the weekend deep tissue massage training with Gay at Body Riches, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Just completed a two day Swedish massage workshop masterfully guided, nurtured on multiple levels by Gay. Fellow participants were great to be with, being massaged and massaging whole body, enjoying two massages a day in ambient setting. Having Gay work alongside you, refining how you use your own body to improve technique as you care for yourself. I didn’t consciously think about how these two days would deepen my own self-awareness, self-care and empathy for others. Professional, comprehensive resources including a one hour guided video of whole body massage. So reasonably priced. Highly recommend to all, those who want to learn and those who just need a different experience. Thanks Gay
